Swanson Full Spectrum Stoneroot is an herbal supplement that comes from the mint family. Because of its strong lemon fragrance, stoneroot also came to be known as richweed. Its leaves and subterranean stem were brewed to make teas, washes and lotions by generations of Native Americans, and pioneering settlers quickly picked up and copied the practice.

Suggested Use
