Directions
Take 1 capsule per day with water.The supplement contains a highly concentrated broccoli sprout extract, standardized for the sulforaphane content. To achieve the desired effects, 1 capsule a day is sufficient. Sulforaphane and its metabolites are easily removed from the body in urine, which is why overdosing is rather unlikely. Higher doses do not seem to bring better results.
