Cordyceps is an extract from the mushroom, Cordyceps sinensis. It is a highly valued medicinal mushroom in both Chinese Medicine and modern clinical practice. Cordyceps’ adaptogenic properties are demonstrated through its effects on the immune and respiratory systems, which generally are compromised during stress and fatigue.
