ORANGE MANGO L-citrulline DL-malate, creatine and Oxystorm nitrate blend (creatinine monohydrate and Oxystorm red spinach extract (Amaranthus hypohondriacus) (standardized for nitrates)), CarnoSyn beta alanine, betaine anhydrous, Nitrosigine (inositol-stabilized arginine silicate), arginine alfa- ketoglutarate, taurine, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, tricalcium phosphate), flavorings, polydextrose, N-acetyl-L-tyrosine, caffeine anhydrous, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose), trisodium citrate, Rhodiola extract (Rhodiola rosea), vitamins (ascorbic acid, folic acid, nicotinamide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, methylcobalamin), color (beta carotene), cocoa extract (Theobroma cacao L.) (standardized for teobromine), Panax ginseng extract.

Recommended use
Take one serving (1 scoop) of C4 Ultimate, mixed with 415-475 ml of water 20-30 minutes before training.

Warning
Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is attributable to beta alanine. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
