Domestic Shipping
The standard domestic service we use is RM24 with an ETA of 1-2 Days. If registration is required we also offer RM24 Tracked.
We also offer an express service called APC Overnight. All orders placed before 2.00pm will arrive by 4pm the next working day anywhere in the U.K guaranteed!
International Shipping
We offer Royal Mail Priority Airmail for all international orders as standard.
Typical ETA is 5-7 Working Days depending on customs. Items can be delayed longer if Customs choose to hold items, this is quite common as Dietary supplements are quite often mistaken as Medicinal items.
If registration is required we provide Royal Mail “International Tracked/Signed” shipping. We do recommend for any customers placing large international orders to select “International Tracked” shipping as this guarantees that packages are not lost and can be located when or if delayed.
